After a visit of our construction manager to your property, we will be able to prepare a detailed and final quote indicating the cost of renovation, specifically materials and services. The expert will come for a free survey. In the quotation we will list the names of the building materials and their volumes, prices and make a calculation of the cost of the work.

If the reconstruction also requires structural interventions in the house, the price for this will be 1,600 - 6,000 CZK/m2 for the material (depending on the width and type of bricks used) and around 350 - 450 CZK/hour for the mason.
